He was lead manager in large bankruptcy and composition proceedings such as Miracle Group, Swisscargo, Cargologic, Mystery Park or Nexis Fibers and is recommended as a legal specialist in "Restructuring and Insolvency Handbook (Leading Lawyers Worldwide)". In addition, he has published various articles and is a frequent speaker. He runs his own law firm in Berne.
